All of the BIG email service providers — Microsoft, Google, Yahoo, etc., — are upgrading their requirements to send and receive email through specific security protocols (such as DKIM, SPF & DMARC), to help reduce junk mail/phishing/mail spoofing and more! Our new email service, debuted in 2022, is not only faster, but has all of the latest security protocols (and latest versions of those protocols, too)! Please know, you can ALWAYS access your email via our Webmail service at: https://mail.nsgroupllc.com This is extra helpful if a device (phone, tablet, computer) isn't working properly, but you urgently need to check, reply and send email).
Hey there!
Simply put, you'll be setting up your INCOMING (IMAP) & OUTGOING (SMTP) EMAIL SERVER to this server address:
mail.nsgroupllc.com

NOTE — If you can’t get your email settings change made for some reason, until we can get it working — you can ALWAYS check, send, and reply to messages coming into the new ISG WebMail service at:

1) Go to the Settings app.
2) Go to Mail, Accounts.
3) Click on the account that you're going to update, or click add new account (if you're setting this email account up on this device for the 1st time).
4) Click on the Account - Email Address.
5) In the Account screen, change Incoming Server to: mail.nsgroupllc.com
6) Click on the Outgoing Server.
7) Click on Primary Server, and and assure it has the following settings:
* Host Name: mail.nsgroupllc.com
* User Name: (Your Email Address)
* Password: (Your Password here)
* Use SSL — YES!
* Authentication: Password
* Server Port 465 (if that doesn't work, use 587)
8) Press DONE (Upper right)

1) Click Mail (upper left), Preferences.
2) Click the Account tab.
3) Add a new account if needed, and click the “Server Settings” tab (you should see three tabs: Account Information, Mailbox Behaviors, Server Settings).
4) Simply add or change the Host Name for BOTH the Incoming and Outgoing Mail servers to:
mail.nsgroupllc.com
— If you want, you can double check the settings by UNCHECKING the “Automatically manage connection settings” boxes, and updating them to these settings:
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):
mail.nsgroupllc.com
Port: 993
Check “Use TLS/SSL”
Authentication: Password
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
mail.nsgroupllc.com
Port: 465 (if that doesn't work, use 587)
Check “Use TLS/SSL”
Authentication: Password
5) Click “Save” (lower right corner).

(x) This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS).
( ) Require logon using Secure Password Authenication (SPA).
4) Outgoing Mail:
Server: mail.nsgroupllc.com
( ) Require logon using Secure Password Authenication (SPA).
(x) My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication
(x) Use same settings as my incoming server
( ) Log on using user name and password
( ) Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail
